- School fee is payable on a monthly or bi-monthly basis; however, fee for the entire year or for the term may be paid Online / Demand Draft / Cheque drawn in favour of ‘‘St. Mary's School, Rasra, Ballia’’. If the cheque is bounced back, the fee will have to be paid in cash along with a fine of ₹500/-.
- In case the fee remains uncleared for three consecutive months, the student's name is liable to be struck off the rolls and if the student wants to continue, re-admission fee (₹5000/-) will be charged. Fee should be paid before the date mentioned on the fee card, failing which a late fee of ₹50 will be charged for each month.
- Students whose dues are not cleared fully will not be allowed to appear for the examinations.
- Fee of April, May and June must be paid before the school closes for the summer vacation.
- Fee will be taken in the school office from 01st to 30th (daily) of every month.
- School fee once paid will not be refunded.
- No exemption or reduction in fee will be made on account of any holiday or absence for any cause.
- While applying for T.C., Fee Card and Fee Receipts should be produced.
- For the loss of fee receipts, duplicate will not be issued; instead, a certifying certificate may be issued.
*Any changes made in General Regulations of the school and in fee or any other changes will be binding on Parents / Guardians / Students.
